Aurora De Acutis

Aurora received her Bachelor and Master Degree in Biomedical Engineering from the University of Pisa in 2011 and 2014 respectively. In 2018 she received the PhD in Information Engineering from the same institution. Currently she is a Post-Doc researcher at the Research Center “E. Piaggio” of the University of Pisa where she joined the Biofabrication Group carrying on research on combining advanced fabrication technologies for creating scaffolds, in-vitro models, biosensors and actuators using smart and sustainable biomaterials. Her research interests are in the field of biofabrication.
